I dream in Wii

What a week it's been.  I took the whole of last week off of work.  I got in a decent amount of Madden superstar mode, a lot of Gears, and a lot of Rainbow Six Vegas.  I also really made some progress on Viva Piñata and that was pretty rewarding.  I've realized that I can fill a 40 hour work week with gaming and not get bored.

Yesterday capped off my wonderous week of gaming when Billbofett and I scored a couple of Wiis at Best Buy.  I hardly slept at all on Saturday night and was just exhausted all day yesterday.  My wife, who has never shown any interest in gaming, really took to the Wii.  I felt closer to her last night than I have in a long time because we were sharing an interest.  Playing doubles against the CPU in Wii Sports Tennis made me feel like I was on a high school date.

I thought I'd sleep like a rock, or a baby, or a baby rock last night, but it didn't work out that way.  It was an extremely restless night and every one of my dreams was either about the Wii or controlling a real life situation with the Wiimote and nunchuk.  I'm going to feel naked at the office today without a Wiimote strapped to my wrist...
