Wanna want to lose weight?
I don't think it's a secret that to lose weight, you have to work out and/or eat better. The problem can be finding the motivation. I've been running in the mornings the past 3 weeks and have dropped 10 lbs. I was feeling pretty good about that too. Then this weekend while out in the yard playing with my kids, my wife took a digital picture of me with my shirt off. Looking at the picture, I realized that I still have at least 20 lbs to go.
It's funny how what we see in the mirror can differ so much from what a picture shows. It's a little depressing, but a hell of a motivator.
