Burn Halo

No I'm not suggesting that in any way shape or form that you toss your Halo disc into a raging fire. Sunday night my wife and I took our three boys to a concert in Sioux City, IA. The headliner was Buckcherry and Papa Roach with opening bands Silver Gun and Burn Halo. I figured if the two opening bands were anything like the two that opened for Metallica in Omaha this fall I would spend most of the first hour or so napping. Wrong. Silver Gun was impressive for a new band, but Burn Halo tore up the stage! These guys have the potential to be sitting at the top within the next three to five years. Not only did Burn Halo put on a fantastic show, but after the concert was over they took the time to come out and hang out with the fans for pictures and autographs. Save Me and Dirty Little Girl are worth a listen if you get the opportunity. All in all the four bands put on a great showing, but I have to say I was a bit disappointed in Buckcherry.
