The executives and CEOs who cashed out their stocks before the market gutted itself is where the money went. I fail to understand how anyone (including atheletes) can demand a salary in the millions of dollars. And how do they keep the job when the company takes it up the rear when it's time to report profits? I could only imagine how fast I'd get escorted off premises if I worked a register and the till kept coming up short...I guess coporate boards are insular creatures...they keep electing themselves, draining the company, then selling it to whoever wants to part out the desecated husk. Meh. I just laugh at the Dow and NASDAQ reports anymore. I'm out of tears.
