#5. Jaws

Breaking the Top 5 is Jaws. The father of the Summer Blockbuster, Jaws was a ground-breaking film. I'm not sure when or how old I was when I first saw Jaws, but I do know that I was living on or near the ocean and swimming just didn't seem that important. The pool even seemed ominous. The story, acting, film...it's timeless. Brilliant movie monster. Jaws enjoys a regular rotation on cable. Pop some corn the next time its on.
#6. The Thing
#7. Werewolves (An American Werewolf In London)
#8. Godzilla
#9. Gremlins
#10. Pumpkinhead
#5. Jaws
