I just recently started to play Jade Empire again. I am very glad that I did, I had forgotten what a great game it is. It took me a few minutes to get a sense of things again. I didn't start a new game though, just picked up where I had left off. Once i finish the game, I plan on playing it again. As a different character and on another difficulty level. I hope BioWare decides to make a sequel to the game. I can see this game becoming as addictive as Oblivion was for me.

I've played Jade Empire through twice. I have a third game somewhere in the middle. I'll put it away and then come back months or a year later just to enjoy the game again. Even though it is a few years old, it still beats most of the crap that comes out now. Not Halo 3, though. Got to bed at 5:30 AM after picking it up last night. So far, it has been a blast.

I'm really surprised to hear anyone still talk about this game. I loved it and still play from time to time as well! It still looks and moves really well and the story and lore never fades. I definitely plan on finishing it again in preparation for Mass Effect. Going back through JE, I find myself surprised how much it and Bioshock have in common. That's certainly not a bad thing...

Thumbs WAY up!!! I actually played two games concurrently on that game, one good and one evil. And I never quite finished either one. That is definitely one of my favorites though. Harmonic Combos are awesome.
