(Although if your young one is not in tune with the "birds and the bees" it might spark some questions). Graphics are supreme and the gameplay is super smooth and easy to follow and get the hang of. I can see myself playing this even after my daughter leaves from her visit.
My mother flew in from Long Island, NY this past Friday night to spend the week. My daughter (11) flew in from Texas this past Saturday as well for the week. It is so great to have them visiting. Unfortunately my mother will be leaving on Wednesday, so we celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday. It was a superb day. I slept in, the Pirate Queen threw in the turkey at noon, cooked that for 4 hours, threw in the ham after that, did the deviled eggs, mashed potatos and corn, as well as slicing the cranberry sauce and the stuffing. It was a genuine feast. She did a fantastic job. Everything was perfect. We had her parents and brother come over, so with her family and mine it was a full house at the DreadPirate75 headquarters. A good time was had by all. I even got to whup on her brother at Gears of War for an hour before chow.
I haven't been on WoW almost all week, so I will have some serious leveling to do when everyone leaves. The withdrawls aren't as bad as I thought they would be.
I have been following the PS3 insanity and am even more convinced that we need an apocolypse IMMEDIATELY. What have we become when we stoop so low for such selfish satisfactions? It is truly sad and disappointing to witness. A true decline of civilization. /sigh
