Taking The day Off!

So I go to work this morning. Nothing unusual. Only to find out that half the base is on a holiday for this Columbus guy's day. Now, far be it from me to be upset about having to work on a holiday...lord knows I have missed one too many to start being bitter about it now...but today I decided to go home early. None of my support  personnel I need are in for the day. Yay for me. Sometimes, it's good to be the king. Also good for subordinate developement... give them a day away from the cranky and never satisfied gunny.  So I pop home and look up some movie times and decided to take the pirate queen out to a nice dinner  tonight and will hit the cinema after at about 2025 this evening for TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE: THE BEGINNING!!  I'm pretty stoked.  I am pretty desperate for a good gore fest. I think I need to buy Suicide Club or Ichi The Killer. In the meantime my girlfriend picked up Over-G Fighters for me today at Best Buy, on my behest, and will give that a shot prior to "date night" despite the horrible reviews. I NEED to start renting.  Oh well...

I will post a review or something of the game and the movie, so check back tomorrow with antici....
