Shared on Tue, 04/03/2007 - 10:28So I've been done with the Columbia House DVD club for 2 years but still have to click the stupid "send nothing at this time" link in emails every month. Well this month it's in my SPAM folder and I don't see the email until it's too late. I go to their contact page to cancel my account, but when I pick "Cancel My Account" as the form reason the form resets and a popup window shows up telling me I have to call them... That's BS... So they can strong arm me... I chose "Changing Account Information" instead and submitted this:
Hopefully that will get me out f this bullshit... Their auto responder seemed happy:
