but apparently needs a refresh...  The last 6 blog entries thing at the top of the page is not meant as a popularity contest, but to let people discover new blogs being posted to the site.  For the most part (although not always), if you see yourself up there more than once you are probably abusing the system. 

There are always exceptions to this i.e. you post a personal blog entry, then get some kind of news and post a news blog entry soon thereafter.  I am about to recode the top to only allow the latest entry per person to show unless we knock this shit off...  Thanks...

I would hope that people aren't doing it on purpose. Maybe they don't know. However, It is there blog and if they want to post something every 10 minutes then let them do it. I think you need to go ahead and recode the top of the bar anyway.

That's what I get for clicking on your blog photo up there! I have to make myself not post very often. I try to space it out throught the day or simply update the existing blog if it is relavent. Is there no way to do something where your first blog for a 24 hour period goes up there, but not any subsequent blogs?
