Moving, Selling, and Harry

1. House is pretty much done.  In the past 3 weeks, my wife and I have taken down wallpaper in 2 rooms (one with a cathedral ceiling). Repainted 7 rooms, replaced or installed 7 light fixtures (including 2 ceiling fans), replaced some cracked floor tiles, refinished wood floors in 2 rooms, patched drywall, etc. etc.  had a realtor come through as part of the relocation process and she was really impressed.  Next time, we're buying a new house with NO WALLPAPER.

2.  I'm moving into the Residence Inn by the new job  for the next month or so until we can get into a new house, while my wife and kids stay here and try and sell the house. Not happy, but it's the best thing in the long run.

3. The last Harry Potter comes out Friday at midnight.  Yes, I'll be there. No, I won't be dressed up or partying or anything.  I'll just pick it up and go home.  I've really enjoyed the series and will be sorry to see it end, even though I'm really curious to see how it ends.  Rowling does a good job at the books, although sometimes her tendancy to "use" a character and then drop them once they've served a plot function bothers me.
