its getting freaky.. especially with the newer ones who look almost human

I agree, technology is getting scary. There are a lot of pro's to develop robotica and cyberneutica as a means to progress beyond what we have accomplished to date, but if you ask me, the cons outweigh the pro's by too much a margin since robots eliminate the need for the human-factor.
