We have a ghost

it has to be..

Several times over the last few months from my living room (where I work from during the day for sunlight and door answering) I have seen someone looking in my front window. Several times I move to open the door, 8 ft away (so 3 steps) and by the time I do, he is gone. No one on the side of the house, no one walking away (can see a wide area)..

My mom finally saw (literally thought I was losing it or complication from my head injury)  and was over and saw him as well, she went to the side of the house, I went to the front.. now we have lots of snow so I can follow his foot prints.. there are 3 prints, walking to the side yard, then they are just gone. Cant jump up to something or on a sidewalk (over 20 ft away from the steps), in under 2 seconds I am out the door not there, no one else sees him and this is freaky.

Now the last freaky part is my foot prints did not fill in quickly but his did. It took to todays heavy snow to obscure them his was gone in just a couple of hours.

Now today, same thing, I am home alone, but my cat was at the window, my cat freaks out and claws up the curtain, he hasnt done that in years. Then he went and crapped on the floor. Something he only does when he is sick, or mad or frightened.

I am frustrated... what the hell is going on?? if its a ghost.. go haunt my exwife.. she was the Ouija Board / afterlife nut.
