Ok i am now realising how much i actually enjoy a smoke :(

I still havent broken in yet and feel good about myself knowing i havent but when i was playing Halo lastnight i think it was maybe obvious

A bit of advice to anyone thinking about quitting stay away from team SWAT if you dont like being spawn killed i found this to be a little too much excitement for me and me being me i had to vocalise the fact that the oponents were so skillful etc killing us on the spawn the whole way through the game.

Yesterday was definitely harder than teh 1st day but thats maybe just because of the obstacle that were in my way there was some real nasty bitching going on in the forum just because certain people dont like the idea some of us like videos, no xbox live and my wee boy is off school giving me pleanty to tell him off for lmao.

I have eaten so much yesterday alone and have gone through so much chewing gum it might be cheaper to go back to the fags but i think the black eye i would get from my Mrs would prove me wrong lmao.

Ebbs and flows dude. It'll come and go for a while ... I found that in the first week or so, I just could not get on with gaming. It pissed me off far too much! I'm not even sure if I did any onliners at the time either - maybe some CH. I stayed weeeel clear of BF2:MC though! That would have sent me right back to the ciggys :P Keep it up! 3 days is supposed to be the end on Nicotene in your bloodstream ... Not that that helps all that much as over half is gone almost as soon as you stop smoking a fag, and that it is your brain you have to battle with now :P Good luck! Kill more. It might help ;)

Stick with it, it does get easier. I quite from a pack and a half a day to nothing in 1996. I'm at the point now where I don't even remember why I enjoyed smoking. The first week is hell, and it's where the vast majority of people fail (something like 90%). So if you make it that far, you're already better off than most. A word of warning on the eating. If I had to do it all over again, I would either a)not eat so much (or eat more healthy), or b)start exercising more. I packed on 40 pounds easy, and never got rid of it. Oh well, I'd rather be overweight than coughing up parts of my lung. Anyway, good luck. Trust me, it'll all be worth it in the end.

Sounds like your doin grand, dont think you'll find many people to discourage you from quitting. Unless you have an inlaw that works for Philips Morris!:) Keep up the pace buddy I'm sure your Mrs. is all giddy about your efforts.
