I fell in love with his work when I first saw Clerks in an independent arthouse movie theater when I was 19. Nothing makes me laugh quite like his dark, rambling humor.
I stumbled upon the new pilot for Reaper on Stage 6 and I dig it. Usually I don't like shows with protagonists with whom I can't identify. This one, while being aimed at a slightly younger crowd is still classic Kevin Smith writing. Check out the link to see this new pilot which hasn't even aired yet. I think some of the parts will be censored so don't expect this version to be exactly the same as the one you'll eventually (fingers crossed) see on TV.

you'll have to cut and paste this into your browser to have it direct you to the video. Firefox is screwing with me and won't allow me to link it for some reason.
when you're watching listen for KS's voice. He shouts out a funny off camera.
