So there is Ogame, which Mike James got me into, and I in turn got my hubby into. It hasn't been very long now (2 weeks maybe?), but I have been spending every waking moment thinking about this game. Last weekend I DREAMED that I was talking to someone in a control room in person and asking which planets I could raid. Very cool game and very addicting. Jonny and I talked and have decided to give it up. I LOVE playing it, and I guess that is the problem. We were both spending all of our free time raiding planets, sending probes, building defense, and researching. We were staying up too late with this and Jonny was even getting up early and eating breakfast at his computer so he could get some raiding done before leaving for work. I was constantly logged in at work, being scared of getting caught every 5 minutes with a battlefield screen up on the computer. Addiction. So we are going to stick with our first love, Halo, and retire from Ogame. It's the best decision for us. If we happen to win enough money on the lottery to retire young, we'll join again because then we'd have LOTS of spare time. Otherwise, we'll be playing IK (which requires us to sign in once a day really) and xbox goodness. So... thank you MJ and Gman for the great last few weeks of gaming, and go kick some butt out there in the battlefields!! I'll miss my alliance, but hopefully will return again when the timing is right.
