Weight Loss--Week 2

Well today is weigh in for week two of the diet that my wife and I are on.  We are doing weight watchers online.  This week was a tough week for our diet.  We had a lot of social engagements this week.  There was a lot of eating out and at parties.  As anyone knows it is hard to stay on a diet when you are busy with work and social engagements.  On the other hand my wife is absolutely an amazing cook and she has been able to cooks some good, healthy meals that were delicious. As of yesterday at lunch we are fully back on track with our diet.  We are using the Weigh Watchers online.  It is great because we can track what we are eating.  It is very simple to use and by tracking what we eat and how many points it is worth, it makes us very alert to what we are eating.  I think this is helping as much if not more than eating healthy.  We now to the part you have been waiting for.  This week my wife only loss a half pound,  she is pissed and now is more determined.  I think this week, week 3, is going to be a big loss week.  My loss, for week 2, is just 2 pounds.  This really pissed my wife off becasue basically I really fell off our diet.  I was not trying as hard because I did not want to blow my wife out on the amount loss.  The first week I loss 6 and she only loss 3, she was pissed but not surprised.  Well on with week 3.  Next update  on the diet next Monday.

Stick with the weight watchers man. I lost 64 pounds using it and have been at goal/maintenance for 3 years now. Good luck!

Men naturally shed pounds more quickly than women-- and it is so stinkin' frustrating!
