The woes of moving

well I'm finally done moving; it only took two weekends to move myself, my brother and his g/f into a two bedroom apartment. all in all, it wasn't that bad. the worst day was prolly the first Saturday (the 22nd - it was over 100 deg. in Berkeley). Today (the 31st), I took the day off of work to wait for the phone, internet and satellite TV to be installed.

[sarcasm]damn, I had to miss a day of work.[/sarcasm].

random thought: I'm friggin' blind!!! I need to get some glasses!!!

so yea, I'm very happy with my room. I thought I would have a lot less space than I actually do. But everything fits nicely. just gotta throw up some book shelfs to clear up some desk space and to have somewhere to store my baseball caps.

the only thing left to do: wait for school to start. that's not for a while longer. I was hoping to start sooner but finances (or lack of them) are dictating that I work for a bit longer. but after that, I'm outta my shitty job and I start learning something i actually care about: music.

well I think that's it for now. I may or may not post up some pix.

anyways, I think it's time to test out my new TV on some XBL/H2.
