I have a rather trivolous co-worker at the office, one that refuses to accept the fact that not only do I know more than he does, but in the world of respect from our departments, I got him faded. Someone who questions everything that I tell him, even when he KNOWS he's doing something wrong. Someone who makes you not want to go to work some mornings because you know you'll have to interact with him. He goes out of his way to do the exact thing he isn't suppose to, and then leave it to the rest of us to clean it up. In essence, someone who motivates you to create words, because the words that exist currently just don't sum it up the way made-up words do. Like ass-monkey. Very appropriate in this particular situation ...
