Three Rules for Making Instant Oatmeal Great – Hot Water, Oatmeal, & Fun

So I am a tea drinker. I go downstairs at work and fill up my mug with hot water and a tea bag. (Foreshadowing Alert) I usually wait until I get back upstairs to pour the creamer in from the mini liquid coffee mate because creamer curdles when exposed to high temperatures. So I got into the habit of resting the plastic receptacle on top of my mug. Well…I forgot about it the other day and I grabbed the coffee mate, it felt warm and was a little puffy, but I paid it no mind because I was busy. So the coffee mate is setup so that I pull the tab away from me opening the package into my face…yeah I got a hot cottage cheese facial, all over my suit…what was left was a small miniature kettle of curdled milk...I was like ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! But I just threw it out and got another one…let me tell yah it’s so much better than it curdling in your tea and you got a chewy drink with too many milk solids that look like grumpy marshmellows…bleh…but I still drink it…because well otherwise I got to walk back downstairs…and you know…the curse of lazy labor is the curse of us white collar hose.

EW. Creamer ruins the tea! Real milk or nothing!

Drink iced tea and the milk won't curdle...and you'll gain a reputation for being an individual.

I don't get the cream and milk in tea thing. If I'm drinking tea, just give it to me straight, baby. Hot and wet.

Now creamer in coffee, on the other hand, makes perfect logical sense.
