Attacking the Fatman: Day 1

Officially kickin it off today.

I did this before but ended up stopping because of alot of personal crap that jumped in the way. It won't this time.

Breakfast: 8:50 am - 1 Kashi TLC Honey Almond granola bar, 1 9oz bottle of water
Snack: 10:15 am - 1 Kellogs Special K bar - 1 9oz bottle of water
Lunch: 11:30 am - 6 in Subway roast beef sub, 1 small bag of Doritoes & Sprite
Snack: 3:00 pm - 3 in piece of a roast beef sub, 1 9oz bottle of water
Dinner: 6:00 pm - ?????, water
Snack: 8:00 pm - 3 in piece of roast beef sub, water

Before Dinner though when I get home I'm go do 30 minutes of cardio to get the blood pumping, then swim for 30 minutes or so to cool off and keep the heart rate up.
Pray for me that I will remain vigilant in this endeavor and come out a better, healthier person.

In other news. My arcade console is 100% done. I haven't constructed my controller/joysticks yet, but I don't consider those needed to keep it running. So I'm using my PS2 controllers for now.

And do they work fantastically. I'm doing some controller artwork for someone in exchange for parts. So hopefully I can maybe get some free joysticks out of it....we'll see.

I'll post some pics and a video of my little arcade in action.

Gatsu, I don't know what you do for a living, but if you have a job that allows for regular trips to the bathroom, I strongly recommend that you super-hydrate. Water all day long, my man. It's super good for you when you're trying to drop weight. I'd also recommend getting a big Sam's Club sized bag of almonds to keep around to snack on. Some whey protein powder would be good too, either as a meal replacement or for snacks.

oh I drink a ton of water allready. almost 2 gallons a day. its crazy. thanks for the tips guys.

Well that sound like a good diet. Those snack are a very good idea, and drinking lots of water is always key. Although when I diet I follow a very fucked up diet. 6:00 am Cup of Coffee 12:00 pm A piece of meat, steak or fish or chicken. No sides. 6:00 I do a 35 minute run on the Treadmill I don't at dinner, if I get hungry I usually just start playing Halo 2 and after I get tea bagged three times I lose my appetite. If I start feeling week I eat cereal in the morning. Nothing beats the nutrition of cereal. This way I lose like 7 to 9 pounds a week. When I need muscle development I stay away from the weights and just do laps in the pool. Swimming really tears you up. Good luck with your diet.
