Because it just defeated its own purpose. But my point is this....if you don't like someone on the site...for WHATEVER reason that may be...just leave them the fuck alone.
Nobody likes being harassed...especially being a new person in the community trying to get in on some good gaming.

Being a new guy myself, I couldn't agree more. Joining a online community can be a daunting task, no one likes feeling like the \"New guy\".
There is a difference between total trolls and the person with 5-posts who talks passionately about gaming or just introduces themselves with a hello. \r

They deserves to be treated with respect from the veterans. Not called a noob/fanboy. I totally agree.\r

I dont much care what is said to trolls...or people who know very well what kind of repsonse they are going to get from the content they put up. \r

Everyone on this site deserves to be treated with some degree of respect; isn't that why we are here? We won't all agree all the time ever, but respect goes a long way.
Yep, its a mod mentality at times and it really sucks when i see it. It comes down to friends protecting others on the site and being wary of outsides. The problem is that everyone here was once an outsider. Somehow, that gets lost along the way. People just need to remember why they are how and how they got here.
