Joystick #3 WIP.

Here's a few photos of the new joystick Im working on. Its WIP, but you can kinda see how its shaping up. The back and side panels are double thick and will have a couple of neat angles on them once I get them sanded and uniform. I sanded some last night, but decided to do some router experimentation instead.

This stick is a little more complicated because of the size difference with the buttons and the joystick. The stick is top mounted, which the last one was undermounted. And the buttons need a 30mm hole instead of a 1 1/8th". Its annoying, but I've managed to figure out a good plan with the router so I don't have to buy any new expensive bits, and it'll still look good. Routers are awesome.

Anyway. I've gotta pick up some dowels tonight and get the sides & back finalized so I I can assemble the case and start routering out the joystick and button mounts. I'm praying to get this one done and ready to ship by monday. I've gotta print the artwork out today before I leave work.
