Mame Console Project Update:

Turns out a pin wasnt missing from the motherboard. I misread the manual I got off of the MSI website. After hooking up the cables according to the manual and tried it, it still wouldn't power up. Which sucks. I even tried hooking it up into my own computers case and it still didn't power up. And I know my case works because its what Im typing from right now...so I don't know...Im outta ideas. I was up till 4:35 A.M. trying to kick this monster and it ended up kicking me instead.

So still gonna end up getting a different motherboard and RAM (new ram only because I cant find a board that will take 333mhz ram...which blows.)

The total would probably be around $100 or so with S&H. But I'll probably end up just paying a little extra to get it here sooner.

But I gotta wait until I get paid next week. And then have to go another weekend of waiting for it to come in the following monday or tuesday.

It sucks. Have a weekend all planned out to get something done...and a tiny little thing throws a huge fucking wrench in it all.

Ah well...such is life. No use stressing about it.
