More on CPS III and Mame.

Posted yesterday about CPS III being cracked and now working with Mame. Although it does work, it needs a very specific version of mame to work.
More than likely they are "non-official" versions of Mame. I believe its called Mame 3K. It has Kailerra built in for network gaming.

The latest Mame release 0.117 has CPS III and the game DJ Boy listed in their updates. Whether or not 3rd Strike and the other CPS III games work in it yet remains to be seen.

I haven't tried the official Mame yet, but I did get it working on a port of Mame & Kaillera. So the roms now work. But I will try them with the official command line Mame
tonight on my arcade console and see if they work.

One note though for those wanting to get 3rd Strike to work. Street Fighter III 3rd Strike's ROM is missing a file called sf33usa.bin. Just do a google search for that file and you can find it pretty quickly. Once you download that file, drag it onto the 3rd Strike .zip file so it will add it to the archive. Once thats done, make sure you've got the CHD file and you should be ready to rock & roll.
