Ok. so this fat guy ate me...and I can't get out. Tried starving the bastard and he just won't die! lol.

Seriously though. Life has stepped in the way of me doing any kind of exercise and has kept me from really trying to get my eating habits under control.
5 days of fast food at lunch during work hours isn't the healthiest choice....

and its showing alot more now. I've probably gained another 10 or so pounds. the pants are getting a little less comfortable now. Which ain't good.

So I've gotta step up and kick myself in the ass and get back to what I need to do.

Cardio, weights and better eating habits.

For Cardio - gonna do some kick boxing. Its great cardio and I get to punch and kick stuff.
For Weights - I've got a bout 175lbs in free weights I can work on. Once it gets lite I can just do more reps more slowly.

As for eating habits...I need to cut out soda and any heavily salted stuff. Get back to mostly chicken and fish. No candy (not like I eat candy much anyways...)
and no late night snacking. Just the 4 small meals I would eat usually.

Sometimes before I go to bed I get a bowl of cheerios or something. 2% milk...maybe 2 cups of honey nut cheerios.

I HAVE been eating alot more fruit though. So thats good. hehe. doing at least 1 thing right.

Your time has come fatman! It is time for you to die!

Gatsu OUT!

dude....I'm in the same boat. I've got a physique that could be molded into a friggin train of power and pain. But I love the eatings and the drinky. I'll definitely hit you up with a PM.

I started getting up an hour earlier each morning and running. I'm down 8 lbs in 3 weeks. I'd be down 13 lbs, if it weren't for the binging I do on weekends. I also try to hit the gym at lunch, either for more cardio or to lift weights. The kickboxing will really help you shed pounds -- provided it's not some foo-foo cardio kickboxing class. When I was training for boxing, I could eat like a horse and still drop weight.

hehe I can't run to save my life. lmao. The south doesn't help much because theres alot more moisture in the air which makes it harder to breathe. I could always maybe swim or something. The kick boxing consists of some stretches and then going through a hard routine my grandfather taught me from the martial arts he knows. Its not foo foo Tae Bo or anything. It's really learning balance and when to tighten your muscles for high and harder impact, repetitions and increasing speed and accuracy for punching and kicking.

Gatsu, I've gone through various periods of heaviness and fitness. Right now, I too am working down from a period of heaviness. The thing is, I know everything I have to do -- I've had a body-builder type physique a couple of times in the last 20 years -- but my love of food, alcohol, and sitting on the couch playing video games has been a detriment. If you at any point feel like you could use some advice or encouragement, feel free to hit me up with a PM.
