Shared on Fri, 08/31/2007 - 17:34A few weeks back I blogged about my incident at Baskin Robbins. I finally heard back from their corporate HQ. I had hoped my letter to the manager would have worked but I never heard back from him/her.
I finally received a letter today (with my name misspelled) that I will paraphrase-
We are sorry to hear of your experience at Baskin Robbins.
All Baskin Robbins are locally owned so it is not actually our fault.
We will be sure to tell the appropriate people about what happened.
We are so sorry that we are giving you some gift certificates to make up for it.

I am not really interested in going back to Baskin Robbins since the manager blew me off so I am going to mail my $6 in gift certificates to the first person to send me a PM with their mailing address. THE CONTEST IS OVER. THE GIFT CERTIFICATES HAVE BEEN CLAIMED. THANKS.
