It got me to thinking of this scene from The Shawshank Redemption.

I never really liked the horror stuff from Stephen King, but more traditional stories like this and The Green Mile really move me.
Whenever I watch them I always end up with a lump in my throat and I find myself in a funk for a few days. Even so, I really enjoy them.
