I just cooked the best steak of my life.

It was on my new George Foreman grill and the cut was a flat iron steak.

I can't wait to try one out on the gas grill outside, but I will have to because the weather stinks right now.

Love the flat iron cut! You would be hard pressed to find a more flavorful or tender cut other than prime rib!

JoeBob, it is never to cold or rainy to grill outside. I have grilled when it was 10 degrees and snowing. I usually go thru 1 1/2 to 2 tanks of propane every winter.

It sucks you can't go outside to grill, but that's why they invented parkas, right? Put on a sock cap and get 'er done! :)

I grill more in the winter than I do in the summer, but I also live in Georgia! Flat iron cut is right up there with ribeye to me though.
