Midship Mayhem and the Battle for Sanctuary

So, as most of you reading this will already know as I'm in your clan, I set up our double tournament for tonight. I'm stoked for it. It can be a bit difficult even with a relatively small field of 16, but is always well worth it in the fun department. Basically, Midship Mayhem will have 16 seeded players from the clan, they will play in 1v1 matches with single elimination until there's one man left standing (or Yeti if Hog wins). A slight difference from normal scenarios like this is, as the players get eliminated from Midship Mayhem, they then proceed to a 8 vs 8 Team Slayer battle on Sanctuary. I have the seeds broken down by the 2 teams so that the sides will always be even. The Battle for Sanctuary will be to 250 kills with bonus points turned on, theoretically allowing the Midship Mayhem tournament to conclude in time for all to participate. It's the first time I've tried it this way so hopefully it works. My clan, 2o2pHalo, has a rock solid cadre of Halo vets with admirable leadership so I'm not too worried about it. Anyways, that's all I've got for the time being. I'll post up the results tomorrow.
