Well, from an old negative tha has been living in the garage/attic for many years,  a new digital scan brings it back to life.  If I was real serious about it I'd try top get the scratches/dust off.  "The Elgin Marbles"  Saved/Stolen by Lord Elgin (depends on which side of the debate you are on.  Sorry about the dude with no clothes, they did a lot of that back in classic times, I guess they had global warming too.  Original camera was a Canon 35mm FbT or FbT or something, I still have it hanging around somewhere but have not used it lately.  That's for watching, invite me to your blog and I will pay a visit.

No offense, but there is no reason to apologize for a naked statue. It is high time America gets over the obsession it has with the naked body and thinking that any expression of a naked body is 'evil'. When a woman can't even breast feed because someone might get offended....there is something seriously wrong with that. It's natural and there is not a damn thing wrong with it....being naked and breast feeding. **Off my soap box now....lol, sorry.

I wouldn't try to remove the dust and scratches. You have a timeless subject and leaving the dust and scratches gives more sense of time. Cleaning it up may turn it more into a plain snapshot of the sculpture rather than its own work of art.
