A Goal Completed!

Awhile back I set a goal for myself to knock out some Achievements, and obtain a 30 Skill Rank to get my "Star" lol. Well last night after about a WEEK of hitting the Team Slayer playlist pretty hard.. I accomplished my goal. A buddy of mine from Halo 2, has now decided that it's time to play Halo 3 more often. And well.. we linked up last night. I was at 25, having lost my last game Sunday afternoon and dropping back to 25. He began a 33. He quickly ranked up.. seeing as how he's a pretty good player, and we were winning. Prior to hooking up with him, I had hooked up with a guy that I met in MM who was trying for the same goal.. so the 3 of us played for a few hours.. and the next thing i know im sitting at 29, and stareing 30 in the face.

Well my boy needed a break, so while he was on break I chatted with some people online, then decided.. "WTF am I doing.. I could be in Lone Wolf trying to knock of some bull crap achievement lol. So sure enough.. I hit the lone wolf playlist for some mongoose venting. And BANG right off the bat.. Slayer on Isolation. Jumped on the mongoose... and headed straight for top middle in hopes of meeting an AR fight. Well.. wouldnt you all hate me knowing that 20 seconds into the game SMASH!!!! Two dudes.. happily AR'ing each other and I smack a dude in the back.. Hahahahahahah... ACHIEVEMENT!!!!

I start another LW game.. but my boy sends an invite right as its loading up the map.. so I go in.. just looking to stay sharp... it was on Pit...so i grab a sniper rifle and begin my "Crack" at a killing Frenzy.. which for the record guys.. I hadnt EVER gotten a Killing Frenzy in HALO 3 up until a week ago.. and now I have 6 total :).. thanks for all the mentoring ive been getting.. its really starting to pay off. Anyways.. no achievements in this game.. however I did manage a 2nd place finish.

Back to Team Slayer....we had won 3 in a row prior to break time... First game back.. we lost.. by a few kills.. couldnt believe it.. the other team was carried by a guy with 22 Kills.. and we lost.. so I crossed my fingers.. and didnt lose my 29. Then we won  the next game.. and things were back on track... 3rd game after the break we won by a pretty good margin. and my buddy hit his 43 RANK(started at 33 I mind you) and I stayed on 29.. WTF??????

Next game.. ANOTHER WIN.. the guy I found in MM went from 27 to 28(started a 26 when I met up with him but the dudes got like 2000 games played on his tag lol) Anyways he gets his 28.. I stay at 29.. OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG.. I was getting scared....thinking it wasnt gonna let me rank up? Next game.. My boy from halo 2 says this is the last one.. he mom's harping on him for being up at 1 in the morning lol. Team BR's on Standoff.......GAME OVER.. straight powned these guys..I even got laser kills hahaha...game over back in lobby.. and that 10 seconds felt like about 10 minutes.. BUT BANG!!!!! THERE IT IS!!! 30!!!! Major Grade 2 :)

So next on the list is to get to 35.. which should be a bit easier... seeing as how my Win % according to Halo.junk is at 52% now, and that doesnt count yesterdays games.. and I only lost 2 or 3 yesterday :). Anyways.. 35 is in the air.. and im gonna take hold of it while im on a roll.. so look out guys..im no longer gonna be that lil biotch Captain in our parties anymore hahahahaha.

The 9 Points Achievements for the Levels in Campain

6 MM Achievements(1 I can get in Campaign)

2 for One: The double Kill with a laser.. HOW you gonna do that in a Ranked FFA with no Hogs ?? hrmmmm

Steppin Razer: Triple with a sword.. BLAH!!

Killing Frenzy: Im the Sniper Rifle and PIT away from getting this one prolly.

Maybe next time buddy: I can do this in any FFA List so may go in rumble pit?? i dunno ive done it before its not hard lmao..

Overkill: need a KotH game but ppl always veto it :(

Where in for some Chop: I need to go in campaign and knock this one out..
