So the 360 goes RROD on Friday morning. I phone 4MYXBOX and after speaking less than 10 minutes with a pleasant lady with no detectable accent, the process is underway. This is the sequence so far...
Mar 24...receive email-Thank you for contacting Xbox Customer Support! We are processing your request to repair your console. In the meantime, please read the IMPORTANT information below: blah, blah, blah
Mar 25...Purolator delivers coffin. 360 goes into coffin and I drop it off at the Purolator terminal.
Mar 26... receive email-Good news, we have received your Xbox console at our Service Center. Blah, blah, blah
Mar 27...receive email-Great news, your Xbox console has been shipped and is on its way back to you! Blah, blah, blah

If Purolator delivers a 360 tomorrow, I may have to go out and buy a whack load of lottery tickets.
(Or maybe the process is really streamlined now because they've had so much practice at it)

Edit: I'll be heading to the lottery terminal now. A 360 was just delivered by courier. It's not even noon. From to in less than a week.

You gotta be shitting me. Mine went bad last Wednesday and I'm STILL waiting for a coffin or even an email. I KNEW I should have called instead of using the damn website. BTW, my xbox RRoD less than a week after I got it back from being fixed.
