Shared on Fri, 02/08/2008 - 14:47Now we move on to the oldest, Todd. When he was small, he was the exact opposite of his sister. Where she was shy, he was quite the extrovert. If someone new came into the house, he would climb right up next to them and start talking their ear off.
That's the two of them many, many moons ago.
Todd taught himself to read when he was 3 using the Disney Read-along tapes and books. By grade 3 he was reading at high school level. Let me tell you, it was hard to find books that were challenging enough yet age appropriate.
And we once again zoom to the present...
He's no longer little (taller than me now and I'm 6' 1". Towers over his mother, she's 5'2"). He's also in the program for gifted children at his high school and like his sister, plays guitar and video games. He's into computers as well and has already earned a paycheck designing a website for a local club in Orleans. He turns 17 in a couple of months.
