I coach a high school softball team. We have been on the road everyday this week. Been getting home late. I got home tonight ready to play Mass Effect which I bought at lunch. Looked forward to it all day. I stuck it in for about 15 minutes before I had to leave for the game. Get home and go downstairs to my man cave and boot the 360 up. WTF? Red lights everywhere. Finally they go away except for the bottom right one. I unplug everything and replug it. Same thing. Call Xbox figuring I will be getting a coffin. I got 14 months out of it. Xbox informs me that they will be sending me a coffin and they will be charging me $108.16 to fix it. Whooooaaaa. I thought Xbox extended all the warranties. Turns out the bottom right light is a problem that is not covered. At this point I am pissed but what do you do. Let's face it, I am addicted. I give him the card number and hang up. Then it hits me. I bought an extended warranty from Walmart when I bought it. After looking for about 5 minutes, I find my receipt. Sometimes it's good to be anal. Call the number with the pamphlet and they say they will send me a label. I will have to box it myself. I can handle that. Now I have to call Xbox back and cancel that order and get a refund. After 20 minutes they claim everything is taken care of. Now, do I go get that Elite I have been wanting? My kids are always on mine and I could really use two but it is not a necessity. What would you do if you were in my shoes? I do have a buddy with two and I know I could borrow his but that makes me nervous. Decisions.

Just wondering something.  I currently play on a 22" computer screen.  The elite has hdmi which I am clueless about.  Am I going to have to get a new cable to hook to my computer monitor or will the cable I am using now work?  Not sure what some of these things are.  I know, I really need to get a tv but it works for me.  Just wondering if the same cable will work or not.
