Baby Born Without Eyelids

Big news in my small town recently.  A baby was born a couple of weeks ago without eyelids.  After much deliberation, doctors decided to try making eyelids out of the baby's foreskin.  After a couple of weeks everything is looking good.  Baby seems to be doing fine and the doctors expect the child to have a normal life.  The only side effects that they think the child might have is that it will be a little cock eyed.
