Shared on Wed, 09/17/2008 - 07:22My backup 360 is going to be returned for the 2nd time. No red lights. My son yelled at me that the 360 wouldn't work. I go downstairs and it says disc unreadable. I try another disc. Same thing. Try another and another. I then do a little research and it tells me to turn it off, take the memory off and try it with out it. No help. I call Microsoft. Of course we will be glad to take care of it for you..... for $99. I just had it fixed in April. I thought I got another year warranty with it then. Nope. They said because I didn't have to pay for that repair, I get no extended warranty. I politely tell them no thank you. I then go dig out the warranty I bought from Walmart. According to it, I am covered. I call them up and they treated me like a customer is suppose to be treated. Somebody told me that they just end up sending you a new one. Anybody have any experience getting one fixed through Walmart?
