Fallout 3 and Class Today

Finally got FO3 back out and have started my exploring again.  I get distracted easily and haven't got very far in the game.  Those of you that have played it, where do I need to be increasing my skills?  Not ever sure where to assign my points.  I tend to spread them out and I know this isn't the smart thing to do.

 

Had class today.  I am working on my Education Specialist degree.  It is basically between a Masters and a Doctorate.  Good grief it sucks going back to school at 41 years of age.

I think I specialized in Science, Speech and Lockpicking the most since there are areas you cant reach or things you cant accomplish without them. I did not take points in combat stuff since I thought that would present more challenge for me. Maybe I can start round that out from 20 to 30 in the new content when its released.

I tend to up Small Guns, Lock Picking, Med and Barter. I do this and keep everything else about even.
