Golfing With Kids

I just got back from golfing with my father-in-law and my two boys.  Good grief.  This is the first time I have gone with them.  Boys are 5 .5 and almost 4 years old.  They hit golf balls every time they go to their grandparents house.  Father-in-law has taken them golfing with him a few times but this time I figured I would tag along.  I am now officially out of patience.  I thought that they would hit one off the tee, pick it up and go putt.  Turns out that is not how it works.  They hit it until they got it in the hole.  That was the longest nine holes I have ever played.  Good news is that they and the brother-n-law's kids are spending the night at their grandparents.  Wife is out of town and kids are gone for the night.  Good times.
