Well, I find out that I bought an extended warranty plan through Walmart and they are sending me a label for my 360.  I have to box it and send it to their repair shop.  Now I am thinking that their repair shop is not really going to fix it.  Are they going to send it to Xbox or are they just going to send me a new one?  The lady said that I had to send a copy of my receipt in with the 360.  I took it to work with me yesterday.  I had two stapled together. I copied the first one and flipped it over to copy the second one.  What the........  Refund?  It turns out that in all my brilliance, I went back the day after I bought the 360 and got my money back on the extended warranty.  Brilliant on my part.  But why did the Walmart lady have all my info and tell me they would take care of it?  I guess we will see what happens.

Now on to the good stuff.  Wife and I went by Best Buy yesterday.  She talked me into an Elite.  She bought herself a Nintendo DS.  Ouch that was expensive.  I couldn't talk myself into getting the extended warranty for an additional $79 but I have 30 days to go back and get it.  It gives me 2 years of coverage and if anything ever goes wrong, I take it to Best Buy and they just give me a new one.  The girl said that if I just get tired of it that I could bring it back and they would give me full credit towards anything else in the store.  Can't beat that.
