Update on heat pump.  It is back to normal.  Not sure how much it is going to cost me yet but it is working.  One of my student's dad has a business so I called him and he went by Monday and replaced the fan motor.  That same day, his son showed up to school in a brand new $25,000 truck.  I hope I am not making the first payment on that baby.

Called just now to see if I could straighten out my 360 problems.  (See previous blogs)  I called Xbox and they showed that they had refunded my money and the order had been cancelled.  I tried explaining the problem to the girl for 5 minutes.  Finally she asked for my serial number.  She comes back and says that it was received yesterday.  It has been fixed and shipped back to me today.  She gave me a tracking number and if everything goes okay, I should be getting it back in a couple of days.  We will see.  I asked her who paid for the repairs.  She said it was repaired for free.  Keep your fingers crossed for me.  Sounds too good to be true.
