Tritton Headphones and Their Support

Let me start this with this.  If you don't have a set of Tritton headphones, you don't know what you are missing.  Single best purchase I have made with my 360.  I bought my set from a guy on this site.  I used them and loved them.  I started having trouble with my microphone and noticed the wire was frayed a little.  I called Tritton up to order a new one.  They sent me one free of charge.  Fast forward until about a month ago.  Came home and found that the 360 had died.   I replaced it and tried the headphones with the new 360 and something wasn't working right.  Not sure if electrical surge killed the 360 and the headphones or it was just coincidence.  I called Tritton and they said ship them back and they would take a look.   They sent me a brand new set.  They replaced everything for free but they left out the fiber optic cable and the microphone extension that plugs into the controller.  I call them back and they  tell me that they will get those in the mail to me.  Today I come home and there is a box on the front porch.  It is another set of headphones packeaged like the last new set they sent me, missing those two cords.  I just got off the phone with them.  I told them what happened and the guy apologized to me.  He told me to keep the second set and he would send me two sets of missing cables.  I just scored a brand new set of Trittons.  Now I have two new sets and I bought my first set used.  They didn't have to do anything they did for me because I wasn't even the original customer.  Quite possibly the best customer service I have ever received.  Microsoft needs to take a visit to Tritton Technologies and learn a few things.

It probably wouldn't hurt for M$ to take a few lessons from them. But I doubt Tritton has the same numbers when it comes to customers to deal with.

I agree KB, not the same numbers. But I agree, I am a customer for life. A lot of companies could take a lesson. Customer service is a great way to gain or lose customers.

Grats on the score :) So do you happen to want to sell one of those new pairs to a fellow 2o2p'r for cheap :) I could use a pair of headphones to get the old lady off my back during the late night gaming sessions.

I got a set for Christmas, and they are fantastic. Good for watching movies late at night too. I know my COD4 game got a lot better being able to hear enemies coming and get set up for the kill before they even get to me.
