I never played the original.  I have heard of it but thought it was just a kids game and never tried it.  Now the new one is out and everybody is talking about how great it is.  I am interested in it but really don't get it.  What exactly do you do in this game?  I know you have a garden and you try to raise these things but there has to be more to it than that.  Those that have it, fill me in.  Why should I buy this game?  I want to but I don't know enough about the gameplay to understand what the attraction is.  I am not knocking it.  I am genuinely interested in knowing.  Thanks.

Things you can do: - Plant flowers, fruits and other things to attract pinata's to your garden - Keep them happy and send them off to parties - Get higher skill levels to unlock better pinata's and different items - Get all color varients and wild cards for each pinata - Make a garden that is all your own at your own pace - No rules on what to do other than what you want to do - Share your garden with others like me, Auto, YggBorn, TDrag and the rest - Send Pinata Mail to each other as well as cards. -Compare stats with friends and share information as well as money, pinatas. - Also it is only 39.99 and comes with 2 vision cards packed in case to use with web cam If you don't like these things then rent this game. Cause it is easy to pick up and addicting if you like getting everything like I do.

I also forgot about - You can play two players on the same xbox so if you and your wife want to play you can. or if you want to play with your children then can play as well.

Okay. You sold me on it only being $39.99. Even if I don't get into it, for that price I am picking it up. I know the kids will enjoy it. Here is a question. Can the kids play with there own pinatas or will we be sharing the same pinatas/gardens? Some games I don't like sharing with them. They tend to undo things that have taken me a while to do. Just wondering.

You can actually make 8 different gardens on one xbox live account so if you say have three xbox accounts then you have a total of 24 different gardens you can make. Now if you have xbox live with any of those accounts you can make a garden for xbox live to share like I am doing.

I want to be able to have a garden for me to use on live and I also want my boys to be able to play the game without messing up my game. They can play in their own garden. Sounds like a good deal.

You can do that because you can name each garden differently. So good luck and they will have their garden while you have your own on or off line.
