The Crunchberry That Wasn't

These crunchberries aren't really fruit??? Yes, Janine Sugawara, attempted to sue on the grounds of deceptive marketing over the nutritional content of Cap'n Crunch cereal and the crunchberries. Serriously, you thought that was real fruit? The judge threw the case out, citing a precedent over a similar case regarding Froot Loops.

The suit is stupid, but the most jarring thing is that the same attorneys were involved in both cases. This country really needs to set up a system that will punish attorneys that waste the courts time with frivolous lawsuits like this, and make it unprofitable for them to do business in this manner.

Thanks Caesar. In high school, I had a bit of an afro and one of my friends joked that I looked like Happy Gilmore with a fro, and everybody started calling me Happy and eventually it got shortened to Happ.
