Funny stuff.....

ok, so i had to go and get re-certified to be a climber the other day and i can't tell you the last time i have laughed so hard.  so basically to be re-certified as a climber we have to go to a class that lasts an entire day(which is soposed to take two, so it makes it extra boring), and then take a bunch of tests and pass them all.......well, anyway we have to watch all these movies and listen to people a lot basically telling us how to rescue someone off of a tower if they happen to fall or something happens to them and they are unable to get down by themselves.....anyway, in this one movie they are trying to have this point come across and tell you how to do a proper rescue......well me and the other guy that is going to be on my crew are kinda spacing out because these movies are like 30 years old.......i am totally out of it and daydreaming about something else and he had this really fuzzy look on his face.......then out of no where the video says, "this is a technigue known as man riding...."  my friend then turns to another guy and said, did it just say man riding.....then i looked up because he is laughing like a little girl and the screen says, "MAN RIDING.....IT'S NOT SAFE" then i freaking fell on the floor laughing, and everyone couldn't stop laughing for a long time.........anyway, we got a bunch of t-shirt ideas out of the whole deal, and for our second part of the test, we have to go out next weekend and rescue each other off of a tower......basically just a bunch of man riding going on.....

so on another note, me and my friend were thinking of taping the whole thing and possible putting it into a podcast and do a life of a professional climber or something and it would take some work, but would be fun......if this would be interesting to anyone let me know cuz if ppl are interested in stuff like that we might do it...........anyway, just sitting here getting all pumped up to go and do some man riding next weekend....oh and by the way, i freakin aced all the tests in case anyone wanted to know... ; )
