there's an icon in the tool bar that looks like the insert image button in most ms products... that should be it.

I first put my pic on photobucket. Create a new blog entry, there is a button with what appears to be a mountain with a sun next to it, that is the add image button. Click on it and add the \"direct link\" url from photobucket in the URL box of the pop up, then enter and voila.
