God Bless Technology!

I rarely blog but I had to add an entry today. I'm a dad and since we had the little one, I've been gaming in silence. You guessed it, I see everything but I hear nothing because I don't want to wake bOoM_L_SeGuNdO or the wife in the evenings. I put some cash on the side and purchased the Tritton AX360. First and foremost, these things work fabulously! I took a little more time balancing the speakers and whatnot but it was well worth it. I, like many others from the site have stated already, heard things you never knew were there. Hearing flies wiz around your head as you're on the beach in High Ground was a surprise. I literally jumped to my right when I escaped from a sniper headshot courtesy of Todd the Barber. Sound has taken on a new dimension in my gaming and I'm so glad I got these things. I will surely play through the Campaign again just to experience the game as it should have been. The first time through, I kept asking my co-op partner what was said or did they say which way to go? If you need to maintain a quiet home while gaming "until your eyes bleed" then I would highly recommend these puppies. These headphones are very well made and produce GREAT sound.

For those that have one, I would suggest using a sound meter to calibrate the sound balance.
