Winter months BLOW!

I have to say I hate the winter months. I hate the cold and the lack of outdoor activities during these months. Now that we have a little one, the Flu bug keeps coming back again and again and again. Last year I had some sick time left in December. This year? I have 8 hrs left. 

I never knew how many times a baby can get ill. It kills me to see him that way. Right now he is unable to breathe through his nose with a parade of snot shooting out of his nose. The flu bug does make its rounds. My wife is sick again but January knocked us both on our asses. I was out three days from work but should of been 5 days. The little one took close to 9 days to feel better. It's an evil circle I tell you.

Some may say its good he gets ill to build his immune system, but my little guy needs a break and so does my wife and me. With all the energy spent on making sure his is comfy, I have become distant from my 360. The last time I played, I tried out the NBA Street Demo which was a lot of fun. I do hope that the H3 beta comes out soon so I can loose myself in some Halo when the wee one is down for the night. That may the only game to draw me back online. Right now, once the little one is down, I'm hitting the sack.

Come on Spring time! Bring on the warm weather.

Thank goodness I don't live in Upstate NY.
