Fucking Leg Cramps

So last night I am sleeping, having dreams of liquor, snow shovelling and hockey(typical canadian dream) when out of nowhere I wake up in excrutiating pain. At first I had no idea what was going on until I realized my calf was as hard as a rock. At that point there was nothing I could do but yell "fuck fuck fuck" and rub it till it started to go away. I then went back to sleep and everything was all good again. So why do I get these fucking things? I have asked around and it seems these cramps are fairly common but what is the cause? I only seem to have an incident about once or twice a year so it can't be random.

So have any of you had one of these fucking cocksucking dirty cramps? Share your stories and pain. Also if you know how to stop them please let me know. Hopefully the remedy is drinking more liquor.

Like everyone else says, water and bananas. On to a more important matter, I think we need photographic proof that KittenMag wears 4" heels...

More liquor is always good, but you might want to try and a drink a glass or 2 of water before bed. Cramps could be caused by dehydration, and drinking alcohol is a pretty common source of dehydration, just saying.

I was just about to same the same thing as MineMagnet. It could be dehydration.... drinking 2 glasses of water before bed might help you avoid cramps but you'll be getting up to pee in the middle of the night, lol Just drink 6-8 glasses of water throughout the day. Another possibility is increased strain on the muscle. Did you walk more than usual? Exercise more? I seem to only get them if I wear 4" heels as it puts more pressure on the calf the whole time. Stretching before going to bed usually helps.

My Doctor said that cramps are from a poor blood supply to the leg arm and so on . He told me to take a low dose aspirin at night before bed . so this is what I have been doing and it works !

try some potassium, eat a bannana once a day, also when I feel one just starting if I try to flex my foot- raise the toes upward towards the knee it goes away faster. the worst is when you get one when you're spanking it, um... or so i've heard
