It sucks, but I also was a child of divorce and my father never paid it all and it made me think my father didn't care about us at all. My mom never complained to us at all so it wasn't like she was pinning it on him, but every time you pay it your kids will see it as you making sure they are okay and that you still care about them even though the marriage didn't work out.

Dude!!! welcome to the club! And this is just the beginning. My divorce was final only 2 years ago, and she went back to court last month and guess what? She got $500 bucks MORE a month. You know why? Because she is such a loser that she won't work and the judge took pity on her.
So... hopefully you have plenty of other things to do that don't cost money. Cause she's gonna find a way to get all of it.
That sucks Dude, and it will for a long time Depending on how old your yungest kid is.
There is a bright side:
1) It may be better for your kids. That's a hard thing say and harder to believe sometimes. But being a child of divorce I know it can be the case.
2) The financial burden does not last forever. I started paying in 87 now it's over.
My advice is to concentrated on your kids, that will help lessen the frustration, and remember that someday you can tell her to kiss off and not have to deal with her ever again.
